Leakage test setup

Build the test chain before choosing the equipment model

ISO 80369 leakage work is not just a tester purchase. The pressure source, measurement channel, reference connector, fixture, DUT support, selected method and documentation scope need to be reviewed together so the equipment can be quoted with the correct interfaces.

Pressure decay uses a controlled pressure condition and result record.
Liquid or air leakage methods may need different fixtures and connector support.
Reference connectors and calibration questions should be included in the RFQ.
